Review of the Suncast 10 Foot Gazebo

The Suncast 10 Foot Gazebois is a very elegant looking gazebo and would be a lovely setting for a wedding or other special occasion as well as for your own personal enjoyment in your backyard.

Most owners of this gazebo are very happy with their purchase. Comments are “looks great”, “great gazebo”, “just beautiful”, “better than expected”, “received many compliments from neighbours”, “thrilled with our purchase”, and “a good deal for an outstanding product”.

The 10 foot gazebo appears to be a very convenient size for a typical backyard.  One owner called it “big enough for a table and chairs, but not so big that it takes up too much yard space.” Another reported “We have a rattan sofa, two chairs and a coffee table inside and it fits nicely.”

Ease of Assembly

The only negative comments appeared to be that the assembly of this gazebo is rather involved. Though one owner said that this gazebo was very hard to build, another said this gazebo has lots of parts and is “a little intimidating” but “the directions are pretty clear”. This owner did caution that this gazebo does not come with a floor, so it has to be attached to a cement pad or a deck and that you will have to purchase the hardware to attach the metal posts to the floor. She also said that this gazebo could be put up in a day if you have the floor ready and start early in the morning. She and her husband put their gazebo together with the help of their two sons. She commented that “kids can help with the pr-assembly of things like the railings”.  Another owner said that it took 3 men 10 hours to assemble.

The Suncast 10 Foot Gazebo stands up to strong winds and can be sprayed off with a hose when it gets dusty.  One owner said he was “impressed with the structure stability”.  Another owner reported that his was “falling apart” after 3 years but yet another owner said he would recommend it to anyone who wants a low maintenance gazebo, saying that it was much cheaper and easier to maintain than wood.

If you don’t mind the work of assembly or can hire a contractor to assemble it for you, the Suncast 10 Foot Gazebo would appear to be a good choice for a low maintenance, yet very attractive addition to your yard and lifestyle. This one gets a thumbs up.
